I am currently a Full Professor of Geology at the Department of Earth Science, University of Ghana. I have over 25 years experience spanning industry and academia. I joined the University of Ghana as Lecturer in March 2000, became Senior Lecturer in February 2009, Associate Professor in April 2012 and Professor in February 2016. I was Head of Department from June 2011 to July 2016. I have worked at Ghana's Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) as Research Geologist (1993-1996), and with large International Mining and Mineral Exploration Companies.
PhD — Geology, University of Ghana.
Over 90 publications in the field of geosciences.
